• Dates: Saturdays| December 5th, 2026-February 6th, 2027
• Team Fees: $1,450 per team
• A $450 deposit is due to secure your team’s spot in the league.
  • The remaining team balance is due by Week # 1 of the season, with no exceptions.

We are excited to kick off Winter Session # 1 (December 5th, 2026-February 6th, 2027). League rules and regulations to follow in the coming months.

Important Reminders

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled game time so we can begin all matches on time. The game clock will begin at the scheduled time if a team is late or is not ready to play.
  • This time will not be made up.
• Every team must have an adult coach on the sideline during games.
• Coaches must be 21 years of age or older and may not be current high school students.
• Coaches are responsible for the conduct of their players and spectators at all times.
• Shin guards are mandatory for ALL players. No exceptions.

Discipline & Card Policy

Yellow Cards (3-minute penalty)

• The team playing a man down due to receiving a yellow card MUST 
  serve the full time of the penalty, even if a goal is scored by either
  team.

Red Cards (5-minute penalty)

• A red card results in immediate removal from the game and the field.
• Any team receiving a red card MUST play a man down the rest of the game.
• A straight red card due to dangerous or careless play carries an automatic 2-game suspension.
  • Any fighting or punches thrown will result in an automatic 2-game suspension.
• A player who accumulates two yellow cards in the same game will receive a red card and an automatic 1-game suspension.

Team Conduct

🚨 Any team receiving THREE RED CARDS during a single session will be removed from the league immediately — NO EXCEPTIONS.

🚨 Expulsion from the league for any reason is non-refundable.

Spectator Policy

• Spectators are not permitted to stand with teams on the sideline.
• All spectators must remain behind the field of play lines.
• Any unruly spectators will be asked to leave the bubble if deemed unruly by UP staff or referees.
  • The game will not resume until said spectator complies
  • The game may be abandoned due to unruly fans if deemed necessary by UP staff or referees.
• Please help us maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment for all players, officials, coaches, and fans.

League Balances

• All league balances must be paid in full by Week # 1 of the season (12/5/26),
• Any team with an outstanding balance before its first game will not be permitted to participate until payment is received.
